Pros

WC will change you — in the best way. The leaders here don’t just manage; they invest, challenge, and develop you into a stronger version of yourself. You get to learn alongside people who embody servant leadership with authenticity and humility. And the growth you experience at WC doesn’t end when you clock out — it spills into your personal life and elevates everything. Plus, you get to help make memories for thousands and thousands of travelers every year.

Cons

It can sometimes be a grind and not always the easiest, but if you’re the type who can put your head down and execute, you’ll stand out fast.

Pros

From leadership all the way through every role at WC, the goals we’re working toward are clear and consistently communicated. There’s a strong sense of alignment across the team, which creates a culture built around setting big goals and actually achieving them. You feel that energy from day one. Each teammate is trusted and empowered with a clear focus on their “one thing,” so everyone understands how their work directly contributes to the bigger picture. The systems in place are proven and supportive, which makes it easier to succeed and grow rather than feeling like you’re figuring things out on your own. The team culture is easily one of the biggest strengths of working here. People genuinely support each other and step up when someone needs help. There’s a shared mindset of serving others and winning together, which creates a lot of trust and confidence across the organization.

Cons

The culture here is very strong and team-oriented, which is a huge positive, but it also means it’s not the right fit for everyone. If you’re not willing to fully buy into the mission, collaboration, and high-accountability environment, it can feel like a tough place to succeed.

Pros

• Strategic Structure: We genuinely live by our Core Virtues. The operating system we use keeps the entire organization aligned around clear priorities and objectives. • Collaborative Culture: There is a true “Cover and Move” mentality. When workloads spike or teammates are out, departments step in seamlessly to support one another. • Innovation & Growth: The organization is actively investing in scalability and long-term sustainability, not just short-term fixes. • Disciplined Focus: Daily workflows balance urgent operational needs with intentional, strategic growth initiatives. • Rewarding Work: We create once-in-a-lifetime experiences for our travelers, which makes the work feel meaningful and impactful.

Cons

• Seasonal Intensity: Summer is our busiest season, which can mean long days and a fast pace; but it also brings strong teamwork, momentum, and a shared sense of accomplishment. • Values-Driven Environment: The company truly stands by its Core Virtues. If those values don’t align with how you work or lead, this may not be the right fit; but for those who align, it creates clarity, accountability, and a strong culture.
