      back-stabbing, political, poorly managed, faction-plagued, uncomfortable atmosphere - name and the Council has it - clearly the Gold Mining companies who fund this place don't care at all about what it does....

      A dysfunctional organization that reflected its dysfunctional senior management

      Pros

      Well paid, good benefits and hard working, high quality employees.

      Cons

      Irrational, ineffective and frankly dysfunctional senior management. Almost impossible to succeed in that environment and as a result employee churn from the lower levels all the way to the top of the organization was extremely high.

      Constantly torn by hidden values, high employee turnover, no stability, employees are bullied
