      Pros

      Great pay Accomodating of work life balance and flexible scheduling You really don't work that hard Convenient to public transit

      Cons

      Top heavy - 10 VPs in a 30 person company All interesting technical work is outsourced Management does not trust engineers and most don't have access even to staging server More time spent pushing paper around than building exciting new features

      - plenty of candy/snacks - putting green - casual dress code

      Cons

      - micromanagers - inequality (ex. people have great work-life balance and some don't) - no business ethics and strategy - cronyism
