      Pros

      Most of the people want to help others. Most employees want the best and are kind.

      Cons

      Upper level management make $$$ while pastors and missionaries make minimum wage. You can see it in their homes and carats. Meanwhile some of these pastors are working 3 jobs!

      50+ year history of sharing God's heart in the city and among the poor. They care for their employee's spiritual and mental health.

      Cons

      A mix of older staff and newer staff who may have different perspectives of what the organization should do.
