Company truly cares about their employees. Smart management. Feedback and innovation is highly encouraged. Compensation is very fair. Definitely a great place to call home.
Cons
Very innovative, which brings the feeling of a startup company. For me this is great - it allows flexibility, creativity, and a blank canvas to create. For some, they may prefer a more corporate/structured feel with detailed/refined processes.
