Pros
For the most part lateral coworkers are friendly and helpful. Decent pay.
Cons
Very ‘Clicky” type of environment. ***Condescending lead techs*** This is a place where you get the work or don’t. If you struggle to get up to speed you will get the help you need for any particular issue but at the cost of listening to someone being condescending. Anyone sensitive to this must be aware of it. Tech manager wears different hats. No dedicated tech manager.
