Pros

Decent pay Owner and CEO very nice I don't know if they really knew what went on in the day to day life of the agents with the management.

Cons

Middle Management not great. A company that thrives on fees after fees and money hungry. Constant ridicule if you didn't sound right or talked to much to the clients. No overtime paid out if your a closer you will not be compensated for anytime after 6p . Lots of later nights working when busy and weather. Very clique type atmosphere. You fit in or you dont. Training was ok but often disrupted due to trainer being pulled in a million directions. As well as when they take time off. They do not want you to build rapport with clients. Benefits not very affordable. Single benefits for one person was over 150 per paycheck not including Dental,Vision and disability insurance. Very hard to get PTO. And always was asked why you need the time off. As well as having to give them a reason for sick leave or why you are calling out sick. Last but not least don't think about having your dogs bark and or kids making noises which didn't happen often, but when it did you were talked to about it.
