Pros

Exciting tech, great people. The benefits were competitive.

Cons

There are some major design flaws in their system architecture that prevent the Stratollite from delivering on the stated promises of true maneuverability and station keeping. The CEO lied to the entire company back in 2020 before laying off over 70 percent of the company.

Pros

Most of the people who work here are pretty amazing; they are smart, hardworking and fun to work with. The exercise classes are fantastic. The building is nice, when the company can afford to maintain it. Software engineers seem happy. Overall mission of Space Tourism is awesome but not the focus of the company at this time.

Cons

Little to no transparency within the company and with customers. Still in the startup mentality after being in business for over 9 years. Don't understand costing, don't seem to care about making a profit which means the company is reliant on funding from people who can expect no return on investment. Few developed processes and little concen with creating any. Dictatorial leadership style from CEO and the executive leadership team.
