NONE 12 HOUR DAYS IN SAMS CLUB PARKING LOT… UMM NO THANK YOU

Worst nightmare ever!!! Sounds all good in the interviewI jumped at the opportunity as well like the review above me ^^. You work 12 to 14 hours a day walking around in a Sams Club parking lot asking people if they want there windshield fixed. 12 hour days 6 days a week with NO lunch break when its 102 degrees as well as 30 degrees. NO overtime! You get a salary of $30,000 which averages to about $8 or $9 an hour when you do the math. I don't see how anyone could last more than 5 days. You would make more at Mcdonals and at least have air conditioning.

Really a sales company that sells service of repairing cracks in wind shield. Commission if you can sell. Easy to move up in this company

Cons

Not really a promotions company... They said we would work at nas car events we just work at SAMs club parking lot. Not paid hourly not really salaried at 30,000

The growth and opportunity with this company are what sets it apart. The ability to grow with the company is really unparalleled and coupled with the great support of the existing staff. The leadership is willing to help in any way and pushes new hires to reach their potential, whatever that may be. The atmosphere is youthful, fun, and exhilarating. The energy of the office is palpable as soon you walk in the door and doesn't stop until you leave. It really is contagious.

Cons

The only cons that people should be aware of is that hard work is required. You have to give it your all. It's not a job for people who want to clock in and clock out. You need to be active in your job and continue to grow each day.
