Great reputation, nice people, except the senior management, they only look out for themselves.
Cons
Takes too long to develop customer base to make enough commission to make good money as a sales person. Long sales cycle and no base salary to help. Also, 401K match is only 1/2 up to 3%. One of the worst 401K programs offered.
