Pros

Company offers benefits. EPG (The company that acquired them) is somewhat more professional than they are.

Cons

Unorganized, lack of structure, processes or proper management. No real strategy aside making quick money, and no customer satisfaction or quality assurance. People that claim to be happy there live in a bubble and do not actually have adequate job experience to be directing others. There is no room for growth and no true appreciation. The pay sucks and the work environment is hostile.

Pros

Received hours that I wanted, but that all depends on location, and the manager. Thats about the only positive thing I can say...

Cons

The higher up management does not take hiring managers seriously. I've had the worst managers I can imagine, disrespectful and overall incompetence.

Pros

Great team of employees, Always working together and getting the job done. Excellent way to learn a POS system and many skills in Photograpy. Santas werewonderful, and hours flexible with management. My managers and select assistant managers were wonderful. Always making sure we were properly taken care of and even being a shoulder to cry on if we needed it.

Cons

Oh dear...where do i start. High stress environment, no proper structure from higher powers, paychecks often late (if they came at all) and weren't for the correct amout. Poor planning of sets where employees worked (no air conditioning inside of buildings with extreme temperatures), hostile environment from potential customers because of poor planning (patrons were informed they had a reservation, when actually it was more like being put on a waiting list), some management unprofessional (bad did outweigh the good at times), no structure among scheduling (we picked our own hours to come in, and usually left us short staffed because individuals wouldn't come in to work)...overall a very negative experience.
