* Generous means to achieve our goals * Truly talented colleagues * Great (and fun) tech challenges * Lots of possible travels to meet the remote colleagues and see the operations across the globe * Remote-first company * Working on moonshots like UBI or AI vs Human distinction is also amazing
Cons
* Work-life balance used to be pretty "startuppy" but it's getting better. * Lots of colleagues are full-remote, so social bonds could be stronger
