      Pros

      Offices well located in Paris to get there time to time, full remote friendly, a few parties

      I regret to share that my experience at this company has been quite disappointing and toxic. The tech department seems to be plagued with a surplus of useless managers, leading to a bloated and inefficient work environment. Recognition for hard work and dedication is virtually non-existent, leaving employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. Moreover, the salary offered is disappointingly low, failing to match industry standards and the effort put forth by the employees. Additionally, the atmosphere within the squads feels superficial, with a false sense of happiness that masks the underlying issues and contributes to a lack of genuine collaboration and team spirit. Overall, this company's environment and practices leave much to be desired, and it is challenging to find any real job satisfaction or growth opportunities in such an atmosphere.

      - A place where your work could have a visible impact - The management is people oriented, open for new ideas and always looking for ways to improve - Cute offices in a nice position in Paris - Flexible for teleworking - Flexible for holidays - Friendly coworkers (always in for drinks)

      Some processes need to be defined, which s is understandable since it's a startup

      - They are just being funded , they make no money and because of that the tech top management become awfull
