We’re sorry to hear that you felt the company has grown at the expense of care. While we’ve expanded and evolved, our focus on people remains central to our strategy. That said, we know there’s always more work to do to ensure every employee feels valued and supported—especially during periods of transition. Your input helps us stay mindful of how growth impacts culture. Thank you for speaking up and sharing your perspective.

Pros

Everything I thought was good turned out to be hypocrisy.

Cons

Avoid working with this company. They are facing serious financial issues and have started laying off employees. Additionally, many of the managers here lack basic academic qualifications and the necessary leadership skills to effectively guide a team. Almost all of the internally promoted individuals are unqualified for leadership positions. If you’re an experienced professional working under a manager who was promoted without the proper training or knowledge, be prepared for significant challenges. That manager may actively hinder your growth and try to prevent you from standing out. You'll likely end up in the quiet firing zone, eventually being pushed out. I once thought this company cared about its employees, but I was wrong. Don’t waste your talent and experience in an organization that doesn’t value them. The salary and benefits are also poor, and most of their training programs aren’t worth it. While it may be a decent option for internships or entry-level positions, if you already have a strong academic background and professional experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this environment of mediocrity. They will let you go abruptly, with no empathy, and there is a complete lack of professionalism.
