      fraud Company. It's a coaching.

      Nothing to mention ,worst place to work.

      1.They call candidates in the name of interview and ask them to do coaching and pay for it. 2.The HR is made to sit at the reception and all he does is Telecalling. 3. Really bad infrastructure, no separate washrooms for male/female. 4. The owner is a very rude and ill mannered person. 5. THERE IS NO H/O IN NOIDA. 6. The Head of the Company doesn't even come to office. 7. Too much interference in the Personal life of employees. 8. Salary is too less. 9. Please don't pay any amount to them,it's a fake company.

      Its a trap for freshers

      * Honestly nothing, after you join them after giving them a huge training fees

      Cons

      * On the name of training, they provide classes of related domain to you by your seniors who walked down the same path you would be walking on. *They take the training fees and say that you will be confirmed after 6 months or any time period given by them(The training fees is huge around 20,000 INR or more and you will be paid nothing during this time period) *After 6 months you will appear in a test to get and offer, the question are set very tough to intentionally fail you. *You have to leave now or maybe you get an opportunity to work at really low wage of around 5k per month

      Innovative company, always open to ideas provide good opportunity to work as a fresher in real time environment one can get complete project end to end knowledge
