Not a great place to work

Pros

Nothing to be honest, its a really awful place to work. Staff are treated nicely if senior managers like you.

Cons

-Salaries are awful, salary increases are only given to staff the senior managers like. -Forced to come into the office 3 days UNLESS you are liked by senior managers then you can work from home most of the time. -COO has no idea what she is doing -CEO comes in looking a mess and has been rude and insulted staff at social events. -No policy or procedures in place -Managers constantly emailing about the same members of staff doing well and overlooking the rest of the business. -Only the sales team is valued. -Trying to bribe staff to come with just £20 extra if you work from the office

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we welcome open communication as this allows us the chance to reflect, learn and grow. We have recently undertaken a full review of all salaries within the business and increased all salaries in recognition of the rise in the cost of living. As a business, we believe in the value of face-to-face interactions and deem important for the company culture that our staff returns to the office. Therefore, we have introduced a hybrid working model (2.5 days/week) so our people can have a more balanced approach to work. We are proud to offer a flexible approach depending on circumstances due to family commitments, personal or medical reasons, and we welcome international colleagues who work remotely. We are actively reviewing our policies, procedures, and employee onboarding experience – this is a personal priority of mine for 2023. We won't always get it right, however, we will always listen, reflect, and learn so we can do better in the future. We wish you all the best with your next opportunity. If you would like to provide further feedback, please feel free to contact me directly. Elsa Harbourne, COO

Pros

You get to travel around the world, they put you up in 5* hotels and you get to eat at fancy restaurants for free.

Cons

The work is super dull, pointless and all the staff are stressed out. The events are dry and stressful to work at, and all the salespeople working there are total degenerates. The worst thing by far was attending the events. The company doesn't do anything good for society at all and that's what I found most depressing about the job, but if you like banal corporate nonsense then it might be for you.
