      They hire anyone without experience

      They hire anyone without experience to get away with severely low pay, poor working conditions and over the top job responsibilities from paying for fuel, full on accounting for all fuel, all crew members hotels, Uber’s, and ac supplies to not being allowed to use home base restock lockers to restock plane.

      Stable, no glass ceiling, company will allow you to grow as far as you can reach with the work you put in.

      Cons

      Growing pains, some old guard habits that need to be broken. Slowly but surely the company keeps growing and getting better with each passing year. Proud to have found this operator.
