Pros
None. I truly cannot think of any pro's.
Cons
Lady partner/owner is very condescending. She is never happy with your work even if you are doing it correctly and timely. Very little training. Some departments are very clickish. When you're interviewed you are told you will have certain responsibilities. When you start you will receive added responsibilities before you've even learned your first ones.

I have been working at WWLP for several years now and have noticed a profound interest that the management has in their employees. They are genuine in their actions and truly do everything in their power to make this a supportive working space that fosters growth in any and all ways. I have reached out to several of the managerial members for help, both professionally and personally, and have received nothing but tremendous help. Choosing to work here is one of the best professional decisions I have ever made! Nothing but positives here
