      None, not a good stepping stone either.

      Cons

      Management / HR does not care about its employees. Hiring new people always to give money too, long term employees faced low pay. If you want to get paid good here, come from a big corporation and you'll be awarded with not doing anything and get paid the big bucks. The hard workers who slaved get paid the least.

      I worked with a lot of great people and I loved my customers.

      Cons

      You have to be related to someone to get paid. They are the lowest paying oil company. You are also not appreciated for all the hard work you do. Some people sleep their way to the top.
