      Long time employees feel like a family. Exciting atmosphere to work in.

      Lots of pressure at time. Can be disfunctional.

      Exciting entry-level opportunity for people who want to get into TV. Young, energetic young group of people. You also get to watch the show from inside the theater.

      Cons

      Low pay. Many of the tasks are remedial. Not very much opportunity for advancement. Must have another job to supplement your income.
