Workload unmanageable, major changes managed poorly, processes need refining, work life balance becoming blurred

No job stability. No work/life balance. You will be told that family is first in the interview, but you will quickly learn that is not the case. Tenure doesn't save your job & the partners believe rumors about you over actual facts. I have never worked in such a drama filled office in my life. I'm shocked at the good reviews on this site, but check out other sites before you make a decision in working here. Those are more honest. Please note that I went to the jobs open portion of their website and noticed my old position is available AGAIN. That will be the third person in that position in 4 years. That should tell you all you need to know about the accounting department. Not sure if the diversity has changed but it wasn't very diverse when I was there.
