      Hard place to be as a person of colour

      Pros

      The people make the place worthwhile; the travel was excellent, and many of the employees are both intelligent and kind.

      Cons

      Working as a person of color can be challenging; LT lacks cultural awareness, and there is favoritism. The experience was mentally challenging, and several remarks were made that caused discomfort among many of us; moreover, HR did not provide a safe space either. Racial comments werent ever flagged as an issue.
