Nice work enviroment with collegues (most days, most collegues), okay salary and perks for portuguese standards, multicultural workspace, a supportive team that’s patient when you’re just starting out, practical hotel system to work with
Cons
Some unnecessary passive-aggressive behaviors from the bosses (also depending on the situation, their mood on the day or who you are. Had negative but also positive interactions with them, important to say), a filthy workspace, unclear or nonexistent training for most management operations (despite the responsible person being great but likely overworked), and unrealistic last-minute demands.
