While it is exciting to hear that you enjoyed working alongside your coworkers, it is saddening to hear you felt as if management and leadership fell short of your expectations. We strive to provide a supportive work environment where management is encouraging and provides the necessary level of support for team members so they can be successful in their role. We would encourage anyone with similar concerns to reach out to Human Resources to ensure those concerns are heard and addressed confidentially. Thank you for taking time to share your feedback and concerns with us.

Pros

There are none. This company is AWFUL.

Cons

This company is horrible! You're overworked, WAY UNDERPAID, management is AWFUL, not compensated for the millions of other tasks and responsibilities given to you and you being threatened to be fired if you don't agree to perform said extra duties. There's no growth, no education, and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AT ALL. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING PAID. All of management and admin employees are SNAKES... they only care about themselves and having someone to place the blame on (the rest of the employees) for their mistakes. The turnover rate for providers and staff is RIDICULOUS. While I was working for this company I want to say only 3 people (myself included) made it past their 90 days without quitting. The turnover rate is so high that the company admin would offer a "PRN" status instead so they wouldn't get flagged by the state and get audited. WHICH NEEDS TO HAPPEN. Even by Medicare…. - Now, they make everyone sign their life away and make them pay $12,000 if they quit before 12 months. Also, while making you sign a non-compete that lasts for 2 years. They literally TRAP you and try to take away your livelihood. Please listen to the former employees reviews. THERE ARE NO PROS TO WORKING HERE. If there's ANY positive reviews from "current employees", I guarantee you they're being written by the admin and management staff. Company is based out in Lubbock and their new headquarters is in New Braunfels.... there's your dead give away with any "positive reviews" being written from those locations.
