Pros

-Courses and certifications (when approved) are reimbursed

Cons

- Demanding workplace at a low pay (sometimes $10 - $15 lower than the average) - Clear distinction of treatment between teams (they treat some groups poorly vs others. example: work at unfair hrs or in unjust conditions without overtime pay) - Revenue over employee safety (Over 25 employees during the pandemic in the office where 20 is the max capacity due to the outbreak) - Every month, and in certain positions job positions every week, there is uncertainty if there will be work or not - Borderlines work laws just enough to not constitute illegal mistreatment of its employees

Pros

An OK place for new developers to start out. Heavily dependent on which team you're a part of, some teams are good.

Cons

Old fashioned management, "we are a family and pizza solves all problems". Evaluations are very negative disheartening experiences that serve no purpose(there are no promotions or salary changes tied to these). They are very "class" oriented, a manager can be allowed to get in late and leave early, while other "lower class" employees might be told to stay away from the coffee because it costs too much. Salary differences between employees are astronomical.

Pros

Co-workers are heaven sent. Beer is ok.

Cons

- Puts clients needs before the employee. And if not your fault, you will be the scapegoat. - Will be micromanaged to the core. - PM's act all nice, but won't come to you before running to management. - Even when doing insane amount of overtime to correct the PM's mistake, the other senior management will call you lazy and uncommitted cause there is no communication.
