      Pros

      -Press up has a very resourceful HR department -Most managers you’ll come in contact with will be very easy to deal with. All very friendly and want you to be happy in your job -They always encourage you to tell them when your ready to take on more responsibility and go for promotion - The best employee privileges -They recognize hard work

      Cons

      -Still minimum wage which is okay - No time and a half on Sundays - Very rarely get off when the roster says your’e off -Sometimes understaffed, can be hectic
