Pros

Collecting a paycheck every two weeks. Only take this job if you literally have no other options to survive.

Cons

- The curriculum and software were basically unserviceable at the time of my employment. Students consistently had issues with the course platform and in many cases the material was either incomplete or buggy. - The sales process was an absolute joke, using PowerPoint presentations, pressure tactics on uninformed and badgered stale old leads, and refusing to improve or increase lead quality or volume - The mid level management was completely toxic and horrible. They consistently berated individuals in and out of the office, some to the point of tears or walking out. The turnover was ridiculous, the new group after me only had a few people left when I quit. - Absolutey awful merger with SCI and their even further toxic and abhorrent sales and operations processes
