People used to be good to work for, those folks are long gone.
Cons
Horrible training for pharma (3 days of actual training), sales leadership always blames reps for their lack of vision and ability to keep talent. Pay is a joke, only a couple territories make good commissions. Goals and bonus payouts change constantly...leadership always says the reps are lazy, but 98% rep turnover is more than just the reps.
Performance = Pay, the products are all brands and once a base of HCPs is established bonuses are good.
Cons
Takes six months or more to establish relationships and business since the products are new to most HCPs.
Coverage issues on some of the products are a challenge.
