Pros

Performance = Pay, the products are all brands and once a base of HCPs is established bonuses are good.

Cons

Takes six months or more to establish relationships and business since the products are new to most HCPs. Coverage issues on some of the products are a challenge.

Amazing training program. Training is an on location training where they teach you the ins and outs of the business. Great benefits

Cons

Smaller company and not as well known throughout. Kind of get thrown right out into the fire starting out right after training.
