- welcoming environment - smart and friendly team members. the people are truly wonderful. - much effort, consideration, & attention paid to staff, business decisions, and direction

Cons

- traditional environment [mgmt, approach, policies, practices] - changing tides have made for hard decisions - comp and raises have been slow. do not match market.

They had a big boom and overstaffed as a result. They are navigating that under new leadership which makes it harder.

Most people working there are nice.

Cons

There is little to no clarity or consistency for anything. It's severely understaffed and therefore chaotic. Talented people will continue to realize pretty quickly this place is not worth their time and will leave. The clients and work being done are subpar at best.
