Steady job guaranteed employment there
Cons
As guaranteed job goes lots of drama he said she said. Favoritism. Lazy workers. Lots of choosing favorites to advance. Storm work is also picked by favorites. And union rep will not stand up for you. Work in all degrees cold or hot . Favorites can be lazy and not work much also don’t get wrote up for things that others will.

Manager is flexible with time off and doesn't get upset over sick days. Winter work available if you're into that. Trucks and gear are in decent shape
Cons
Raises are hard to come by, you must buy all of your own climbing gear, residential days can be long, favoritism is evident and opportunities only come if you brown nose to the boss.
