You have the ability to manage your own work - but there is plenty of support to help you. No micromanagement at WrightIMC. You get your work done and you are rewarded. Also, there are tons of company alumni that are now in charge at so many different companies. And the alumni like to help the current employees. There is a huge chance for a great career whether you stay long term or not.

The fast pace of an agency is not for everyone. If you need to be told what to do, this place is not a fit for you. For some, there is a steep learning curve - which can make it stressful at first - but there is support and over time it gets easier. The company is relatively small and growing, and there are some growing pains
