Pros

I literally haven't found any

Cons

The work culture is awful. They don't even 'decide if they want to keep you' until two months in and I genuinely think they hire people for short bursts to help the long term people who've been here for years catch up on their workload.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros

Cons

Underpaid. Micro management. A lot of the workers that have been there forever are extremely rude & clique-ish. There is a lot of bigotry that goes on involving race & LGBTQ. Managers pick favorites & if you are not it then they treat you horribly. They will break you down mentally & psychologically. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever worked for. There is also no growth in the company. They stick you with a role & do not give you other opportunities. They always encourage you to go overtime, work through lunch & go in on weekends (sometimes).
