Plenty of industry niches to work on if you're proactive in your approach. My manager was a breeze to work with in terms of support, growth and my personal skill development. Structured feedback process to improve your skillset.

Cons

Compensation package isn't nearly enough for the amount of work expected daily. Writers and editors get the short end of the stick when it comes to workplace systems and processes. For example, there are pay cuts for delays. And that's inevitable, considering you are writing up to 3000 to 3500 words a day, spread across multiple pieces. Research, content structuring, etc. can take up a significant chunk of time. This should be addressed to alleviate the pressure on them. It'd also improve attrition rate. Especially, since these employees are the backbone of the company.

I have been working at writtenly since a year now, it has been such a great experience. astha is one of the best managers i have had and overall, the culture and vibe is really caring and positive. I was a little doubtful in the start because of their negative reviews but that seems like all fake now because I have not experienced a single such issue.
