      Employees are miserable, practically no benefits

      Pros

      The foot soldiers who hold this place together are genuinely nice people. There is a lot of talented people here.

      Cons

      Employees are generally miserable with how the company is being managed. There's a lot of turn over. Terrible benefits across the board ie: health insurance, vacation days...work life balance is non-existent. Work is 7 days a week and management has unrealistic expectations of what one person can do. Pay isn't consistent with like companies.

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people here, and they welcome older professionals something that doesn't seem common on wall street.

      Cons

      There is an absence of leadership, everyone seems to be looking out for their own interests but it means that the company is not rowing in cadence and is just going in circles. There are numerous factions trying to gain political power. Sr. Management doesn't seem to know what is going on, and if they do they are slow to act.
