Pros

Since the new global leadership team, extreme measures have been put in place to reinvent itself. It is a true global network, where people are connected on projects and campaigns. There have been many times our team in Australia has travelled abroad for work in China, UK, Singapore and more, while other teams have come here. The people are genuinely lovely, mostly coming from digital or technology backgrounds. Most of the "Ad" people are no longer here. They value their employees and are constantly wanting to know how they can improve their working lives. There are many opportunities to grow and if working in another country is something you want to do, Wunderman have hellped countless people achieve that goal. It isn't the sexy ad agency a lot of people are looking for, but it does have a great culture of diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Because of the shift to technology and digital, there are a lot of operations type people, and although creatively is still very strong, it isn't the core focus all the time. They are working to get the balance right.

Pros

Juniors were given access to great projects with the belief that they could do the work. The culture was one where the management understood that although you may love your job and are dedicated, you also have a life outside of work and so late nights were not the norm...very different from other agencies in the city. It's also a good step into such a big agency network with travel opportunities.

Cons

Work could sometimes feel a little repetitive. And like any workplace the best ideas often didn't make it out the door...that's not specific to that agency though.
