Cons

Managers are from JNU, they are not even MBA Late Sitting is common in almost all the projects. I have heard that they are firing people these days. So, lots of insecurity in all team members these days. If u take leave on Friday and Monday, 4 leaves will be deducted from your leave balance. Bad Apparisals. Cafeteria is very small. Scarcity of chairs to sit. Smelly washrooms. Insufficient meeting rooms. Lots of rats in the office, its not a office but a godown.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a global company and have chosen to focus more on development and let other offices focus on management as most MNCs do. We are known for our delivery capabilities and creative solutions that our teams build. We grew quickly and are now improving our infrastructure.

Pros

Salmon benefit from nice and professional staff, impressive clients, generous annual bonus, 20 days of holiday per year and sick pay.

Cons

The only problem is the distance, as the main office is located in Watford, which might be difficult to get to, depending on where you live. For some it could be convenient to catch the 16 minutes train from Euston, but doing that every weekday would cost about £330 a month...
