      Great people, terrible upper management

      Pros

      The talent at most levels of WTE was unparalleled and everyone was always willing in to step in and help out as needed. Most followed the principle of letting the best idea win which led to great relationships with clients and media partners.

      Cons

      New upper management team (not Julia - Julia is great) was brought in during the merger and WTE was shut down prematurely which lost the company a tremendous amount of talent and growth.

      They were at the mercy of the parent company who knew NOTHING about the Employer Branding business.
