      Pros

      - Wurk attempts to serve a new and exciting industry - You get to learn a lot about these companies because they need these services. (unfortunately, we consistently manipulated that trust to provide bad products and sub par support.)

      Cons

      - The problem was always at the top. I'm not sure why the CEO insisted on being so isolated because we were only ever throwing out good ideas. He lost multiple career businessman and woman who could have taken that business into the stratosphere because, amazingly, he thought he had mastered all aspects of running a business at the ripe age of about 31. - The leader of the organization would only show respect to people above him. He panders to investors and people who host speaking events and that's why he's continued to book events to provide false facts about what his company can do for people. - Think of a nice piece of fruit that looks good on the outside but is infested with worms on the inside. - Everyone else in the org wanted to come in excited, have fun and most importantly take care of their customers. Unfortunately, the CEO wouldn't ever allow that to happen. - Read these other reviews and you'll see there's no way these are all independent people who "failed" to do their job. The CEO failed them and soon their customers will see that they are next. - The name is dumb and hard to explain to people

We agree with you that we have an amazing opportunity in this fast growing industry. To support that growth, we’ve invested heavily in our people so we can properly staff our organization to meet the needs of our clients. We would like to politely disagree with your analysis of our solutions. Our solutions are designed to meet the needs of our clients which we assess by interviewing our clients. We will continue this process as we feel it is the only way for us to truly understand the needs of our industry. Additionally, we’re supporting our team’s long-term growth by offering additional training and certification opportunities, as well as identifying areas for career advancement. It’s no secret that startup culture sometimes requires long hours and challenging responsibilities, and we’re intent on maintaining a supportive, healthy environment to work. We apologize that we didn’t meet your expectations. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

      Great Concept but Toxic Environment

      -The commission structure is generous. -The office is located in a prime downtown spot. -The business concept is truly pioneering and has a lot of potential

      Cons

      -Extremely high turnover -Very little room for career growth -Empty promises - software is terrible. Easy to sell but hard to retain clients. - Often feels like the company is not progressing.

We would agree with you that the commission structure we utilize is generous as we pay our team members well, our office is extremely fun, and our business is helping pioneer an industry. We are a little confused with your statements on career growth. We believe you started as a BDR, were promoted to account executive, and then was being considered for a team lead role all within you first 12month here. Now that is career growth. We will continue to invest in our team's career paths as it is our responsibility to help our team see their full potential. We apologize if this did not happen quick enough for you.
