      there is a high turn over in every aspect. as a whole this company does not see you as a person. unless you are in the executive team you are disposable. this place is anything but family. not welcoming. high gossip. very caddy

      Horrible work environment! Upper management possess no accountability at all. Very rude, messy, and drama filled. A lot of under the table deals with owners, subcontractors that leads to unpaid bills. Favoritism and no flexibility in work schedule. Director of Staff has no accountability and will lie to the CEO and he will believe it.

      Not too many pros about this company. Run before gong to work for this company!

      Cons

      Terrible management, bad PM’s and also they do not pay subs. No job security and very high turnover. They do not set people up to succeed. Very Toxic Environment !
