Pros
-Paid on time. -Some(less than 2) folks on the management team are great. -Remote friendly.
Cons
-RAMPANT SEXISM/RACISM, very crass jokes about women and minorities during meetings made by the higher ups and everyone is expected to laugh. -Miscommunication from the management team that somehow is still the fault of their subordinates. -No clear leadership. Everyone wants to be the boss but no one wants to take any accountability. -Ego driven work ethic. What management says goes and there is no flexibility on the matter even if it doesn't work. -Nepotism is very obvious, so don't expect to grow as an employee in any position at any capacity. -Extremely cliquey, it felt like a high school lunchroom at times where if you weren't sitting at the popular table, you were bullied. -HR will not help if you have any issues with the management team and will essentially tell you to "suck it up". -You will have to fill out timesheets. Doesn't matter if you're salaried or not working on projects that need time keeping. You will be tracked and timed for everything you do and will be scrutinized if you don't hit their arbitrary hour quota.
