-Upper level management is horrible. -Expectations are unreasonable and poorly resourced in comparison to similar educational institutions. -Pay less than ideal. -Promises that a key perk is enrollment for your children and then does not come through on this. I've met at least 5 employees who have had similar issues. Similar to enrollment, housing was another false promise. Don't expect this organization to change, help you grow, or respect your accomplishments. They will work you to the bone if you let them, continue to dangle the carrot, and look the other way when you do make large accomplishments with limited resources. I also did not appreciate how admin treats the students and this bleeds over into how they view their employees. They are skeptical and tend to distrust people diminishing any opportunity to grow. Solutions are punitive and reactive.
