Management is filled with gaslighters. They will openly lie to you about culture, respect, and even their own success. Every project fails, and even the ones that “graduate” collapse within a few years. If you expect to have real impact here, you’ll be greatly disappointed.
They also NEVER tell you your cut of the “company” you’re trying to build until the very end. If you do end up succeeding, they’ll eventually just cut you out and replace you and you’ll have no equity (beyond google stock) to show for it.
