The staff seemed friendly enough at first, and just like most gyms the clients were great and eager to learn
Cons
The work environment eventually became toxic. The owners are extremely harsh and if you are not one of the trainers who have been there for years, you get treated like crap. They do not help or provide clients in any meaningful way, and often make business-related promises they are unable to keep. They also enforce a dress code policy on the trainers even if they are not on the clock. It is ridiculous to be asked to leave or change when in the middle of a workout because of what you are wearing, even though those same standards are not enforced on clientele or female employees.

I loved the fun and friendly atmosphere. The owners are very hands on and provide great feedback.
Cons
There is a lot of micro managing and management doesn't listen to all of the employees.
