Pros
- Official employment (if you're from non-EU country - they'll make you work visa)
Cons
- No any benefits at all (we're not talking about coffee and snacks as a benefits seriously, right?) - Average salary (in the market and below it) - Lots of people were fired with one day notice (same day) with no human attitude at all - Your skills and experience doesn't matter in this company, because everything will be as one person wants it (even if it's non-efficient/stupid/expensive) - No career growth opportunities
