-Generally nice people (with a few head-scratchers here and there) -Flexible WFM/in-office setup -Decent benefits
Cons
-Coordinators do the boring stuff like calling venues and vendors to see if they can work with you on events that are often too soon in advance. -You'll be the one putting together signs, banners, stanchions, etc. on site at events. -The process of tracking hours and expenses is sometimes a little convoluted.
They have a small handful of awesome and talented folks on staff.
Cons
Antiquated way of thinking, incredibly difficult legacy employees, and anything but what they claim to be: bold, empathetic, etc. They also allow clients to be incredibly abusive to their employees.
Decent Pay, Project Directors/Producers Run the show, Client Development Director = New Business
Cons
Client Development Director is New Business, rarely "client" facing until you land a piece of business. When you do, Integrated Strategy will up-sell your new client to a point of discomfort and when you ask about positioning their expertise in the shift to "virtual events" the answer you'll be met with is "we'll help them select vendors."
