Pros

Lively/energetic place to work. Free food.

Cons

All these reviews about upper management are 100% true. It's like highschool and they think they're the cool kids. They pick some favorites but if you're not in the in-team prepare to work like a dog for them with no gratitude whatsoever.

Pros

Only pro is you will meet amazing people and spend a great deal of time with them.

Cons

This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. If you are a person of color prepare to deal with blatant discrimination. You could walk in with 10 times the experience as someone else and still be forced to jump through hoops to prove yourself while other people walk in the building and are allowed to work without training. Upper management picks a handful of favorites, and of course not one person of color is in that group, and those are the only people they even address let alone give respect to and the people that will always receive priority when it comes to scheduling. The General Manager is notoriously known for her inability to communicate. She addresses her staff along with customers like an angry mother scolding her children. If you find yourself needing HR, don’t even bother. As a person of color I was brushed off and not worthy of a sit down with them after reaching out not once, not twice, but three times. There was once a time where the money was steady and upper management listened to suggestions and feedback. But those days are long gone. The company as a whole is looking for ways to cut corners. They recently cut the pay of bar backs and food runners so now they make server pay with no opportunity to make close to what servers and bartenders make. They took away gratuity yet provide no support when a table leaves without tipping. They don’t even stock the building for its busiest nights with enough plates and silverware but expect staff to figure it out. The hours you are expected to work are outrageous and you will work a 40 hour week in the span of three days during peak season and management will very rarely make cuts with that in mind or even comp you a meal after a 16 hour shift. This company doesn’t care to treat their employees well and doesn’t even try and pretend like it does.

Pros

50% off food and most people quit within their first week so they always have openings if you are desperate for a job.

Cons

in orientation, they tell you if you drive you get a parking pass and will get a shuttle to and from the parking lot, but thats a lie. the shuttle is for wells fargo employees. if you want to catch it at the end of your shift IF THEY ARE EVEN RUNNING you have to walk all the way to wells fargo doors. you also have to pay for parking even with the pass and if theres no shuttle you have to walk 3 blocks just to get from parking to the building. then you have to show up an hour before your department even needs you, so you sit around on your phone doing nothing and then get yelled at when your on your phone. managers are also rude when something isn't 100% their way. if you're promised full time, its a lie they don't have full time hours. the schedule is also constantly changing so you could be scheduled off on a wednesday and then at 1pm get and email saying your have to come in at 4pm which is ridiculous and impossible to manage if you actually have a life
