      Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung werden bei XITASO groß geschrieben. Das gibt sehr viel Freiheit zur proaktiven Gestaltung der Firma und ihrer Projekte und gleichzeitig Flexibilität in der persönlichen Tagesplanung. So gelingt die Integration von privaten und beruflichen Interessen.

      Cons

      XITASO gibt viel, verlangt aber auch viel. Wer nicht wirklich ambitioniert und intrinsisch motiviert ist, tut sich möglicherweise scher.
