      No clear direction or standards to make decisions. Mid-level mgt. lacks real world experience with best practice. Too ingrown and and pervasive "not invented here" theme.

      Interesting engineering projects, talented and intelligent engineering co-workers and free drinks.

      Cons

      No Sales, too many cheaper and better known competitors and lack of management support for finding customers Lack of communication regarding individual performance and no real clear way of understanding if what we do is helping or hurting the company Out of touch operations department and staff - too much nepotism and focus only on creating operations staff job security instead of focus on business growth

      Hard to think of any pros except free parking and free drinks it's that bad.

      No idea what will happen next since we have no customers and no one wants to pay our prices.
