I chanced upon seeing this review and feel that this person seems to have left us in a huff. However, Thanks to him I came to know of Glassdoor and really like the kind of platform provided here and would like to invite a lot of people who know us to share their views about us here. Following are my responses to this post: 1. Every person has a right to an opinion and we sincerely respect that. 2. In all its fairness, If you are reading this post, I suggest that you take a quick look at our website to know what we do and also visit profiles of few of our employees on Linked In before forming an opinion about us. 3. Our expertise in our area of work is proven Globally across diverse sectors and 100% of our clients till date are totally happy with us. 4. This is a small company (by choice) that I have personally set up and we are very proud of our employees and vice versa. 5. We give a lot of importance to professional expertise and Human Values. Hence any incompetence, indiscipline and slack attitude is not tolerated. 6. It is with great pride I say that we have paid all the salaries of all the employees ON TIME since our inception almost a decade ago. This is a fact and the bank statements of the employees are a living testimony of this. Even during Recession we have not delayed salaries by even a single day. 7. We have very clear policies for everything like salaries, leave, F & F etc. managed by a Full-Time HR Professional. Even when an employee leaves, all documentations is cleared as per the policy with out any delay. 8. We strictly adhere to the working hours and there is no late sitting or early coming in our offices. We are very particular about it. Any of our employees can vouch for it. 9. We have been in Business of Consulting, Coaching and Training for a decade now and the fact that we have expanded from Mumbai to a second office in Bangalore (Expanding the Corporate E-Learning Business) is good enough a testimony that we are very clear about our Vision and Goals and are also achieving them. 10. Being in the Intellectual Service Business, Our Growth is directly linked to the development of our employees. It is they who deliver excellence here! 11. Speaking about Fun, a. In the Bengaluru office, every Friday the last part of the work day is reserved for fun activities (totally planned and run by the team). The Mumbai office has half-a day off on one Friday every month to go for a movie or an event (All these are complete funded by the company). b. Every Festival and Every Employee’s birthday is celebrated in our offices with lot of pomp and joy , Cake/Sweets & fun! c. Half-yearly Picnics are organized and the teams from both offices get together and spend a day out. d. We take discipline and behavior very seriously and do not tolerate any inappropriate behavior. 13. Although I am responding to a post, I am glad to share these details about my company. Last but not the least, being a small company (intending to be small by choice), we like to hire only a few good passionate people who love to excel in what they do.
